Hello there!

I'm Matthew Grotefend, the Operations Manager at Transformative Growth Therapy, PLLC. But wait there's more. —I’m also the lead (and only) Web Developer, billing assistant, office assistant, and receptionist. I wear many hats here, and sometimes even pants (only on special occasions)!

I truly believe that Mental Health Therapists are some of the most needed superheroes on this Pale Blue Dot we call Earth. That’s why I jumped at the chance to join this amazing team. In a world where we’re more connected than ever yet somehow still isolated, finding a therapist who genuinely cares and doesn't see clients as a walking piggy banks is like finding a unicorn. My mission is to help these rare gems shine so they can do what they do best: help people.
